I’ve been training with Moz for a while now which has been awesome. He knows his stuff so well and always pushes me to my limits in the gym. It’s also great that we can always have a laugh along the way too!!

Within these past few weeks with Moses as my PT I’ve seen the biggest differences in not only my body but also my mental wellness. I’ve never felt so good… despite after the 1:1 PT sessions when I can’t even walk to my car after leg day. From not having a clear goal for the future, to having a clear, set training and diet plan, he had changed my mindset… and it’s truly “discipline over motivation”. Cheers Mo, I 100% reccomend.

Definitely recommend Mo, if motivation is the minimum that you're looking for then he has it in abundance. But because he hasn't given up on me I've been able to find my passion for fitness.

So going back to football this year, I wanted to get into great shape for preseason and with his help I've dropped from 94kg to 86kg and the work keeps going. It's been well worth it working with Mo

Can only say good things about working with Moz! Managed to drop 12kg at a sensible pace so I could keep as much strength as possible and still maintain some decent muscle mass. Diet was easy to follow and maintain with regular adjustments made! Check in every week kept me accountable and helped programme the next week if anything needed changing! Helped me get a better relationship with food without feeling like I’ve restricted myself! Definitely recommend!
