My name is Moses Odunmbaku and I was born in Lagos, Nigeria and currently reside in Kent, United Kingdom.

My journey to becoming a personal trainer and online coach began in a backyard gym in Nigeria at the age of 14.

Since then, it has brought me to win several international and national physique titles, train celebrity clients and equip me with over 15 years of personal experience with diet and training protocols.

With this experience, I have continued to further my own competitive career and secure sponsorship's with some of the best brands in the industry, but I have also helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals through proper nutrition and training.

My aim is to continue developing my own skills whilst helping people attain the physique they have always wanted.
